Our Group Pampers are ideal for special occasions, celebrations or enjoying time out with family & friends.

With the private use of our salon facilities you will leave feeling nurtured, revitalised & relaxed.

Special conditions apply to all group functions:

• We have 4 spa rooms, 2 pedicure chairs and 2 manicure tables, and can accommodate staggered bookings with notice
• Minimum of 4 people required to qualify as a group.
• For exclusive use of the salon while receiving treatments a minimum of 5 people is required with a minimum time of 1 hour.
• Pania Ryan Beauty Retreat, adheres to a strict time allotment, please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time. If you arrive late your treatment time will be shortened at your expense.
• Any changes to the booking must be made 7 days in advance. No show will result in 100% loss of payment.
• All group bookings require 100% payment at time of conformation by Pania Ryan Beauty Retreat either by credit card or online banking.
• Cancellation only up to 7 days before booking or you will not be refunded.
